Stress is one of the most common issues we all face that wreaks havoc on our health. Stress plays a role is almost every chronic and many acute diseases. In fact, if you want to avoid getting a bad case of the flu, keep your stress levels down. To be clear, that doesn’t mean you don’t do anything, it means doing the things you really need to do and not taking on too much. When you do get a day off (like a snow day) use it to your advantage.
