Hiro Martin will get your heart beating and your face smiling as she leads you through a dance-based Zumba class or the more athletic R.I.P.P.E.D. class which incorporates weights, intervals, and endurance set to music. She also leads wonderful Small Group Personal Training classes where she combines TRX Suspension Training with other effective strategies for achieving a higher level of fitness, though you may need to get on the waiting list!

John Clark is a highly motivational trainer who helped me get in the best shape of my life while having fun doing it! John encourages you test your limits but not exceed them. Crossfit uses high-intensity functional exercise and no two classes are the same.

Beginner through advanced yoga classes are offered daily by a diverse pool of qualified instructors. I love to wrap up my weekend with Lauren’s centering (and challenging) Energetic Flow Yoga! If you are new to yoga, you may want to check out Sandi’s free beginner’s class on Thursdays at 11:00 am.
If you love to sweat, you will love Bikram Yoga! It is a demanding series of 26 postures performed in a heated room that will strengthen your body and calm your mind.

Non-members may purchase a class card to take advantage of the many offerings including pilates, yoga, pedal power, core strengthening, water aerobics, and small group personal training classes. If you are looking to join a gym with pool, sauna, and all the amenities, look no further!
Classes are available to non-members on a per-session basis, though their reasonable membership rates may save you a lot of money if you want to commit to several classes per week! They offer an intense 30-minute interval training class, spin classes, zumba, and yoga.
A great opportunity to get out and enjoy our forest trails with other enthusiasts! Hikes are organized according to intensity, so you can “graduate” to the next group as your fitness level increases.

Both road bike and mountain bike group rides are offered for all skill levels.
So find something that inspires and challenges you and schedule it on your calendar. Remember, getting there is half the battle (invite a friend for extra insurance). Then just breathe and have fun!
